Blackbox: a fast X11 window-manager
submitted some patches for mousewheel-support, window-to-window-snapping and some other features/code-cleanup.

Devilspie: an X11 window "match and modify" utility
wrote various patches adding actions like "set geometry", "(un)shade" and "set opacity".
